Sharon Thayer

Licensed since 1980 in south Florida, Realtors® Sharon Thayer and her husband, Joe, enjoyed eight successful years of owning their own real estate brokerage. However, visiting the beautiful island of St. Croix just wasn’t enough for Sharon and Joe, so they decided to sell the business and move to St. Croix. So proud and excited about her new island home, Sharon has eagerly taken on the role of Coldwell Banker Land-de Wilde Realty Concierge Manager.

In addition to operating the Concierge Service, Sharon also specializes in showing and listing residential properties. She combines her knowledge of the island gained from managing the Concierge Service with her 20-plus years of experience in the real estate industry to bring both home buyers and sellers an experienced, hard working, and dedicated real estate professional who will provide you with the highest level of professional service.

In her free time, Sharon enjoys most water sports and when not on or in the water, she loves to travel. She and her husband have traveled all over the world, including sailing the U.S and British Virgin Islands. As a result of her travels, she is pleased to call St. Croix her home.
