Marjorie Williams was born on the Caribbean Island of Nevis and moved with her parents to Suffolk, England where she lived for 29 years. She obtained her undergraduate degree at the Leicester College in England in Community Development and became a licensed nurse. There she met and married her husband, Corden.
Now a resident of St. Croix for over 20 years, Marjorie brings her knowledge and love of the island to Coldwell Banker Land-de Wilde Realty. Her passion for life extends not only to the real estate industry, but encompasses commitments to working with a variety of community-oriented organizations, churches and local charities.
Believing in the importance of accreditation, Marjorie is a licensed member of the U.S. Virgin Islands Board of Realtors and “REALTORS® in Paradise”. She also is a licensed member of the Tennessee Board of Realtors, a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors and a graduate of Realtors Institute, GRI.
She enjoys spending time with her family, working in her garden, facilitating motivational training seminars and traveling. When asked why you would choose her for your real estate needs, Marjorie simply replied, “I work with integrity, honesty and skill for all of my customers and clients and I strive to ensure that their real estate experience is enjoyable and professional.”
